Who are we?

Carlos Cramer Productos Aromáticos S.A.C.I. is a leading supplier of flavors and fragrances for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and industrial perfume industries.

Are we manufacturers?

Our products are manufactured in our own production plants, using the very best raw materials.

Do we have a salesperson or distributor in your zone who could
   pay you a visit?

We have subsidiaries and agents who will attend to your needs efficiently and expeditiously. These addresses are in the “Offices” section, in order to make your access easier. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we have implemented a quality assurance system based on HACCP and ISO 9001:2000, being certified by BVQi under both standards. We are also accredited internationally by RvA in Holland, UKAS in England, ANAB in the USA, and INN in Chile.

We have set up various control stages along the entire length of the production chain. These include control of suppliers, control of process, control of final product and shipment.All activities undertaken in Cramer are backed by a computer system that keeps records and full traceability of the processes.

What is a flavor?

It is a combination of aromatic ingredients that stimulate the olfactory nerves in the body to produce a sensation of taste and aroma.

What is a fragrance?

It is a combination of aromatic ingredients that stimulate the sense of smell to produce a sensation of aroma.

From where do we obtain raw materials?

Only the finest, purest ingredients are used, and these are obtained from all over the world. Some of them are extremely exotic, such as rose oil or absolue of jasmine.

Spices come from Madagascar, Grenada, Indonesia, to name but a few.
We are governed by very strict Quality Control. All the ingredients that we use are in line with the Codex Alimentarius of FAO/WHO, with the IFRA list of the E.U. and with FEMA/GRAS standards of America’s FDA.

In what kind of end product will it be applied?
Must the flavor have Kosher or Halal certification?
Must the flavor be stable at a given temperature?
